「Great property with everything you need in an excellent location」

「Stunning view! Well stocked & clean comfortable apartment. Our 5 person family fit great here and everyone slept comfortably with so much lounge space for family time. We love the neighborhood and exploring the hills and west side of Nice. We had a medical emergency at the end of the trip and François was beyond helpful and accommodating to our extra needs! We can’t say thank you enough for how kind you were with our family. Can’t wait to come back. 」

「Bestens ausgestattete Ferienwohnung, umwerfender Blick aufs Meer, dank Schlafzimmer zum Innenhof nachts sehr ruhig, obwohl direkt an der Promenade. 15 min zu Fuss zur Altstadt, alles nötige in Gehweite. Wir waren schon zum zweiten Mal hier und kommen gerne wieder.」

「Our stay in Nice was absolutely wonderful! The view was breathtaking, and the location couldn’t have been more perfect — everything was just a short tram or bus ride away, with grocery stores and restaurants conveniently within walking distance, and only steps from the famous Promenade. The host and caretaker were exceptionally responsive and cooperative, making us feel completely at ease. This was the perfect place to use as our base while exploring Nice, and if we return, we would choose this...

「Lille og kompakt, men med alt hvad man behøver. Sengen var kun 140 x 180 Hvilket gjorde den lidt lille at sove 2 personer i, men det gik fint. Toilettet er også meget småt og med en foldedør, der ikke kunne lukkes ordentligt eller låses. Men alt vi skulle bruge var der. Både aircondition og affugter virkede godt og hjalp da det lå i en kælder. Vi brugte ikke udendørsområdet, da det lå i en snæver baggård, hvor lejligheden også ligger. Men det er sikkert fint hvis man er ryger. Dejligt stille i...

「I’ve stayed at this apartment twice now, and it’s become my go-to place whenever I visit Nice. The host is extremely accommodating—allowing us to drop off our luggage early, which made arrival so much easier.The apartment is in a fantastic location: just steps away from the main train station and only about a 10-minute walk to the promenade.
