「Employees was not friendly . Clean and.big room.」

「Very unsafe! I heard what sounded like a violent crime going on above me on and off for hours (from 9pm-3am). The check-in counter has a security gate that was pulled down at 7:30PM. I had to hand my ID to the employee through the gate like I was a criminal. They lock the sliding glass doors overnight apparently so the only out at 4AM was through a stairway which is supposed to be card entry only however the entire lock is broke so the door doesn’t even latch. 「I read that two weeks before my reservation that their elevator was in operable. I got there, and still there were signs on the door that the elevator was not working. They were professional enough to remove the charge, as I wasn’t climbing stairs.」
