「Excellent location just off the M6 motorway, staff were very friendly and the room was very clean and comfortable. Shower could have been a bit more comfortable. The only thing i dont understand is the £5 charge for Parking. The hotel has its own grounds outwith the main services parking so the only people using the car park are hotel guests. Its at a motorway services so no one can access the hotel without a vehicle so the extra £5 for parking is a bit of a joke, I would feel better if it was...
「We enjoyed our stay after we went to our original booking snd was advised by Police and Community Police Staff not to stay there, the rooms were very clean (family room), but very warm, it was quite close to all places we wanted to goto, would stay again if i was in the area」
「The hotel and its surroundings were truly picturesque. The rooms were spotless, and while the restaurant offered a limited selection, the overall experience was pleasant. However, one concern was the presence of dead flies on the restaurant’s window sill. Given the warm weather, this issue should have been addressed promptly to maintain cleanliness
