Sai, iovani, Wi, Bill, Aki, the male waiters in the morning and the evening, the kitchen staff and housekeeping, all offered great service, super friendly, and they sing for guests at dinner time, such good singers!!!! the tents have everything you need, we had one right by the water felt such a luxury. 「Everyone at the hotel helped my husband when he couldn't walk. It's a shame I can't remember everyone's names, but everyone was so kind and I was really touched. Thanks to everyone, we had the best stay ever. The view and warm atmosphere made me really glad I came here. Thank you so much to Api, Manager Joma, and the female staff member who lent us the day room. I definitely want to go back someday. The food and room were both great!」
