"we unfortunately lost our first villa due to it being cancelled a week before heading to cyprus , we found uri's villa so glad we did !! uri was a great host always messaged back very quickly that always helps . there was 4 of us 2 adults 2 children aged 8 and 12 .villa was in excellent condition immaculate in fact . pool area was great very well kept , kitchen was well equipped with everything you would need home from home . bedrooms and bathrooms also very wonderful and in great condition . the beds were super comfy ! a car would come in handy if you want to venture out and about more as not much in walking distance but extremely peaceful.there is a wonderful restaurant not far from villa called harmony would highly recommend it !! would definitely go back to stay again we had wonderful time x "

"Me & my family along with my extended family have been staying at the Helios Bay since 2007 for trips to Paphos. On this trip I brought my Brother as celebrating his 50th. I asked for 2 Single Beds before we arrived and that was all sorted. We stayed in a Room which had a nice side Sea View. I love how the Hotel is still family run. This Hotel is charming & very good value for money. Room was very clean & has updated kitchen & bathroom since my last visit a few years ago which was nice. Room was cleaned daily. We had breakfast included which was very good for the price. Only concern here was the birds getting around the food & on the serving utensils. They have tried their best to stop them but the sparrows as small and get in the smallest of gaps! Thanks for another wonderful stay, Nicos & all his team there are brilliant. Me & my Wife will be back next April to celebrate our 20th wedding anniversary. "

"This holiday was an extra one for us so we didn’t research much about the hotel/surrounding area. We also travelled out of season in April so A La Carte restaurants were closed and the outdoor pool was very cold! Our room was spacious, clean and easy to access on level 1. Took a while each day for house keeping to clean our room (sometimes 5pm) so not always easy to go back to the room to relax in the afternoon if it wasn’t done. Buffet style food everyday, although fresh and nicely presented (especially the salads), did get a bit samey. The walks along the seafront were easy and flat and the bar area by the outdoor pool was kept clean, Natasha one of the bar staff always had a smile for you and very accommodating. Likewise the waiting staff in the restaurant, very friendly and helpful. There was an incident in the outdoor pool and if it wasn’t for a guest member (nurse), there would have been a fatality. No medical equipment (defribulator, oxygen etc) was visible and the lifeguards were not paying attention to the pool, therefore, took ages to respond. The manager Anthony did take the incident seriously and hopefully will now take steps to better train lifeguards and position them for better viewing of the pool (not on the bridge and no mobile phones) It will not stop us from returning or recommending to family and friends. However, we will be highlighting not to rely on other people for safety around any pools."

"Excellent staff, very kind and very helpful. I always go to this hotel. Very clean and comfortable bed. breakfast is as always good.bar staff are so generous, I went for a glass of baby milk and they gave me whole litter of milk free of charge."

"We had a nice stay here. Lots to do and plenty of sun beds. However my husband got very sick a night before we were due to leave. It turns out there were a lot of other guests experiencing the same vomiting and loose stools too after chatting to a few other guests. I reported it to the front desk but not sure if anything will be done to protect other guests from getting poorly. The only other little negative comment I’d make is about the fact our balcony didn’t have any outside light so we couldn’t sit out there of an evening. Food was good and lots of variety. "
