We had a nice stay over the weekend, our room was spacious and had good amenities, we always appreciate having a kettle in the room as my husband & like our hot drinks.
It was very accessible and near the main parts of Brussels as advertised!
We also had a little flood in our bathroom after using the big shower, really good pressure but the drain wasn’t quite working properly and the receptionist were quick to respond and help us - was easily sorted!

I would never stay at a property managed by this company again. The staff were extremely rude and unhelpful. My room wasn’t ready at check-in time, and no one seemed to care. Great location, nice and quiet but only 5 minutes from the station. The kitchen area was good, but lacked facilities. I needed to ask for plates, bowls and cutlery. A toaster would've been useful.
