"Nice location. Only big downfall was check in. The resort is huge and there wasn't a big enough front desk to accommodate check in. They had two-three people working but the process was slow and the line long. We gave them our bags and left to have something to eat. We returned about 90 minutes later and the line was even longer. So we waited."

"We stayed in the Hemingway house which is a free standing structure but public walkways are right outside so for privacy, the blinds need to stay shut which makes it dark.We enjoyed the pool. Pool towels were available in the office. There was no place to hang extra wet clothes or towels in the unit so we hung them on the porch railing. Be aware that access to the bathroom is through the bedroom, if anyone is sleeping on the pull out couch. Parking was fine in March-April, we could always find a spot on the street even though the driveway was being repaired. Overall it was quiet & peaceful but guests are in close proximity so we did hear a crying child one night and an alarm/beeping throughout the night another night. They communicated well and facilitated a late check in for us (after 5:30). Overall it was clean, friendly staff, nice ambiance, especially the outdoor courtyards. The walk to Duvall St was a little farther than I would have liked but doable. Breakfast was fine: bagels, danishes, yogurt, cereal, hard boiled eggs, fruit, cheese sticks, apple juice & coffee."

"I had an ocean front suite is was wonderful. The room was very clean and well presented. I ate the restaurant a few times during my stay and it was perfect everytime. I also used the fitness center and valet and everything was wonderful. "

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo and amenities were just as described on the website! The rooms were spacious and having private baths was a game changer! The location was nice and a 15 minute walk to Duval Street. It was quiet and private. The concierge was also helpful each time we called with questions about the area and activities. The pool was nice and never overcrowded with other guests. I appears there were 10 condos on the premise."

"Convenient location away from the craziness of Duval St. as long as you have a way to get around like rental bikes.Apartment could use some hooks around to hang towels & clothes. Also a box of Kleenex would make a nice add. There is a kcup coffe maker and someone had left coffee grounds & beans but there was no grinder or reusable kcup grounds holder so could not make coffee.Host was very responsive to any questions we had. We had a great 4 days in Key West."
