「The place was clean and bedding comfortable. The 2 bedroom listing was a bit deceiving, the 2nd bedroom also includes the kitchenette, dining area and no living or lounging space. The space was very tiny and cramped. The 1 bedroom was a nice size and the bathroom was in there. There was only 1 window and it was high on the wall. The outdoor space was very small. For me it felt a bit claustrophobic and not worth the price we paid.」

「This is a delightful location. It's very peaceful and quiet. The burgeoning garden outside the door is lovely! It's possible to walk up the street and right onto a hiking path through a redwood forest, and have the path essentially all to yourself. 「Stayed in this lovely studio for two nights, while exploring the area.Such a comfortable stay, everything we needed to enjoy our trip to Humboldt.Location was great, easy walking around the town of Arcata and to the Marshes.Having the Co-op nearby was a big bonus. Even though we were there Friday and Saturday the place was wonderfully peaceful.The studio is thoughtfully decorated, and we were glad of the fan during the warm spell. Amy was a wonderful and attentive host.Will definitely be back!」

「The property was listed with photos of coast cliff, beach dinner, and sunset beach walk! But none of these are part of the ADU! We are booking based on the coast property that can see the ocean or bay but it ends up with a non-refundable booking within the town of a busy street. Traffic noise in night time and early morning. Bed is so soft. For the same price, we were picking between an ocean facing hotel and the “cliff+beach side” ADU. Big mistakes! Host should remove those three unrelated...

「It’s a cosy little cabin in the middle of eureka. The check-in instructions were clear and precise. I was in town for a reunion so I really only used it for sleeping. I didn’t cook. It was perfect for a solo traveler; might be a bit tight for a couple.
The best part for me was the location —- close to Harrison and Harris and Henderson and H Street. Very affordable and much quieter than Broadway.」

「Awesome cozy house in Arcata. This was one of our stops from our roadtrip up to Oregon from Los Angeles. After staying in cottages in Carmel and Mendocino it was nice to have the relaxing feeling of a house. Our dog enjoyed the yard a lot for roaming. Hope to return. 「This little cottage was adorable and I wish we could have had a little longer stay but we were up and exploring most of the time. Great location for a Redwoods visit. The property was clean, the alpaca was super cute and overall unbothered by our presence. The only thing we found a little tricky was knowing which gate to enter the cottage threw, we were unsure if opening up and walking through the alpaca enclosure was the right way to go so just a little more description in the check in...
