"Great Stay!"

"This hotel is located on the corner of Bourbon St and Canal St and I booked it a day before embarking on a cruise leaving from New Orleans. I did expect some party noise considering the location, but what I actually experienced was deafening noise coming from cars stopping at the corner near the hotel with the loudest speakers blasting music until 4am. I was not able to sleep and I was in a state of shock experiencing this literal torture, the hotel was vibrating and shaking from this noise. I did express my concern to the staff at the front desk, but as an explanation they just shook their heads and said it gets worse during the weekends and there was nothing they could do about it."

"Keep the rooms cleaned regularly and stocked with towels and wash rags. Remember to provide our VIP ACCESS items per check-in without reminder. We have spent consecutive $$ here while we await our home renovations but each time the staff rarely thanks us for our extended stay except Greg and the main hostess in the breakfast area who has short blond hair. Otherwise the pool is nice, grounds are clean and peaceful Dr. Lawrence"
