「We booked, she confirmed, and when we are already down the road for check in, canceled our booking at the last 1 minute, this is the most horrible things happened to us in our life, the host medsaged me that the “ Hi there, im so very sorry but someone had put something down the toilet and when i flushed it it overflowed excrement through bathroom and onto the carpet of 2 bedrooms and its a discusting disaster. Please cancel with vrbo. I ha e not been paid. They can contact me to verify. Sorry...

「I was very satisfied with my stay it had everything i needed and better then i was expecting. Very clean the bed was comfortable the location was perfect the veiw was looking straight at Mauao maunga beautiful. Hot pools and the massage at the hot pools was amazing the small walk accoss the road to the beach and shops are all there. I hope this place is available next time i head back there.. intructions were easy and the price was fair considering it was also the weekend.」

「Slight problem with internet dropping out but it was fixed as soon as it was brought to owners attention. main light bulb in bedroom OOO, gas stove seemed to need attention on one hob kept sparking after it was lit. Overall fantastic few days there, Thanks. 」

「It was quiet, comfortable & homey. Sadly though, it took a long time for the hot water to heat up, which made it difficult to deal with in the middle of winter. Also wasted a lot of water.」

「My sister had returned from the UK with her kids for the holiday period. We couldn’t have wished for a better place to stay. Location was spot on, walking distance to town, hot pools and restaurants. The house had everything you needed. The kitchen had everything a normal home would have, the beds are amazing! Aircon in all rooms, great little BBQ and outdoor area. The photos don’t show how spacious it actually is. We had a great time in a lovely place. Thank you so much. 」

"Convenient due to nearby supermarkets, restaurants, farmers market on Saturday, etc. Comfortable rooms. Scenic and calm inlet in front. Recommend to ensure curtains or windows closed at night to avoid some small flying bugs bursting in."
