「It was my second stay and I will stay again next time I visit. It is in the center of the city and is close to the Main Street and the sightseeing places. It is also quiet and you can relax staying at this hotel. 」

「 Attractive and comfortable with a well set up kitchen, it was a perfect location for our annual escape from the pre Christmas Melbourne madness. 2004 was not a good year health wise for us, so we needed somewhere comfortable to do nothing but read, and rest and Banyan Place did just that!」

「First thing to keep in mind is that this is a historic hotel. That means shared bathroom and shower stalls. So long as you're OK with that, this is actually a nice spot. Included split system AirCon and TV, both hard to find at a historic location. Onsite food was good and reasonable. Well worth the price paid.」

「Excellently-priced motel, close to the Main Street of Warrnambool. Clean, well-appointed room with nice, modern, spacious bathroom. Easy off-street parking and surprisingly quiet rooms, given proximity to the highway. Booking process easy and after hours check in not an issue. Staff very friendly. Thank you for a wonderful stay!」
