「It was ok short stay 」

「Quick check-in, great parking availability, rooms always clean. 」

「It looked like the rooms haven't been cleaned and found a razor underneath the fitted sheet needless to say it was still in the wrapper it was under the fitted sheet roaches crawling around someone broke into our room and stole things then they wouldn't show the video of who did it or even cared to look person that we found out that did do it worked there but supposedly the only person that could rewind the tape and find out who broke into our room was the owner and I've never got to talk to him...

「Upon arrival the check in host was kind and ready to help. The property is modern and clean. The free breakfast in the morning was a bonus. Also, there are plenty of options for food near by.」

「Great place to stay if there for Arkansas baseball as the parking lot touches the baseball parking lot. Two complimentary free drinks per night was also fun. Bar was busy and enjoyable.」

「It was a nice and clean hotel. The front desk staff was awesome. There is no pool FYI, but other than that, it was very nice.」

「Breakfast had a great selection and the coffee is always fresh! Room was clean and housekeeping was perfect! Everyone who worked there were friendly.」

「The room was extremely clean. The check-in and check-out process was completely online/via text messaging. When we had to actually speak to staff for extra towels, it was brief and professional. We went to the bar next door where we, again, had excellent service. My only negative comment would be that we could've used a little bit more complimentary coffee/tea for a 2 night stay. Overall, very excellent experience. We'll be back for sure. 」

「This was the absolute best stay! I cannot say enough abou the friendliness of the staff from check in to check out. The dining room staff were precious. The hotel was immaculate and very clean. The room was fabulous, clean and comfortable! We will definitely put this on our place to stay in the future. Thank you!!」

「The price was very appealing and we love Best Western Motels. The bedroom was fine, the mattress was soft and probably needed replacing. The room with the shower and toilet does not have an exhaust fan and there are spots on the ceiling of the shower which I think is black mold. The room was 128 on level 4. The breakfast was one of the worst we’ve seen in a Best Western. 」

「The swimming pool heater did not work so the pool was ice cold and I asked about the pool when I reserved the room and no one said it was out. The staff said it had been out for several weeks before we even planned. The room was not the cleanest, lots of stuff that needs to be fixed and now from the last time I stayed there you have to pay extra for your breakfast. Unacceptable.」
