(RV1) Paradise in Sargent, Texas. Saltwater canal, minutes to the ICW and beach.

Beautiful vacation rental on saltwater canal in Sargent, Texas. One side faces the canal, while the other side faces the Inter Coastal waterway. You can see the barges going by and you can also see the brand new bridge that is open as of April 2021. The area is extremely quiet and the fishing is phenomenal! You will not be disappointed.

2 bedroom, 1 1/2 bath. Sleeps four. Full kitchen with refrigerator, microwave, coffee pot, and toaster. Plenty of dishes, cups, silverware, pots/pans, towels. (Etc) One queen size bed, one full size bed and one futon.

Great Private pier with fish cleaning station and plenty of night fishing lights. Plenty of seating and best of all its quiet and very laid back. There is a covered fishing area, along with a covered sitting area.

Relax around the fire pit in the evening while you cookout on the grill. Please bring your own charcoal and firewood/lighter fluid.

The property is very well maintained and we strive to make sure that your visit to Sargent is wonderful. The owners also live close by and are available to answer any questions you might have.

If you have a larger group (more then four) then please contact me and we will plan accordingly, if possible. Each additional guest after four will be charged a daily rate of $25 daily for each person. This is not to exceed five people.

There are several places to get bait. Restaurants/Food trucks are close by and there is a Dollar General three miles away.

Last but not least please know that there is a pet policy and fee. We do welcome your dog as long as he/she is not aggressive or left unattended. Please send a short note telling me the breed and weight of your dog.
