The views from our room was breathtaking. The staff was beyond amazing! They were very nice, helpful and friendly - unmatched. The spa was so relaxing. The massages were relaxing but it was cold inside. So for me, that was a bit uncomfortable. However, they fixed that immediately. Before our arrival, the management notified about possible noise from a nearby construction. Luckily they did whatever they could to remedy the situation by allocating a separate room away from the construction site during our stay and making a discount for compensation. The staff was very helpful and kind. Breakfasts and dinners were good. Free area tour was a nice perk. We strongly suggest to get a massage at the spa. Nopey and Sherlly were a delight to interact with and the service in the restaurant was top notch. The grounds are a serene place to relax and enjoy nature and the yoga shala is a great place to practice. My room was amazing. A spacious oasis overlooking the pool. I could see the sun come up from my room each morning. "The property outside was so beautiful. The inside the room was cute, but strong mildew smell. The dehumidifier was really dirty. I cleaned it and turned on to remove dampness. I moved because closet outlet not working. Bed & pillows not comfortable. The people were truly kind and helpful. Restaurant not good at all skipped breakfast after eating dinner there night before. Also road was really busy and noisy. Overall good experience people so kind and friendly and helpful."

"The rooms were not clean. There was cobwebs and spiders everywhere, in the bedrooms and eating areas. Quite a frightening experience. The other problem was there is no direct road access to the hotel, cars will have to stop outside along the roadside and the luggage and bags will have to be unloaded at the roadside. We had to walk about 5-10 mins to the hotel, amidst the padi fields while the hotel staff helped to bring our luggages via a motorbike. It’s a nice walk if it’s in the morning, but...
