"Cabins are rustic, spacious and very lovely. Staff are very accommodating and friendly. Food was very good, especially the chicken springrolls. I didn’t use the pool but people I was with did and they loved it. It’s a great place to get away from it all. Bring a book or two! The last few km of road to get there is terrible so plan on one trip in and one trip out when you leave. "

"This property is designed to take care of your every need. You have a personal butler who you work with for everything—dining, outside excursions, a drink by the pool—and they do an excellent job. Our butler was Menuka and he was wonderful, helpful, and kind. We stayed on the property for the most part and chose to do all of our meals there because we liked the food and the convenience. It is a very small property and quiet so if you are really interested in disconnecting, this is a good choice....

Reading some of the reviews before I stayed at this hotel made me wonder if I was going to have a pleasant experience; I'm so glad to report that I could not be happier of my decision of staying here; personnel is kind, and naturally caring, I felt like they were looking after me at all times and that's rare in a lot of resorts. Kudos to personnel. Beach and good at this hotel are definitely remarkable and worth going back. See you next year! Thank you Tangerine Beach resort!

We stayed here on our honeymoon, and was expecting a little more hospitality to be honest couldn't even get a free drink out of them 😅. They do hound you a little in the mornings for room service so don't expect a lay in at this place! The food was really good, bar slightly over priced so all inclusive would be worth it if you intend to spend most of your time at the hotel. We tended to eat out everyday and if you want real Sri lankan food with a smile go to Kamals cafe 2mins walk out of the...
