"It was a wonderful get away. We got to watch the stars and enjoy the sound of nature. If we felt like going into town Bastrop was not very far and had wonderful things to do in town. the Paige farmhouse dinner was very close and delicious food. We cant wait to come back and try staying at the Hobbits nest"

"It was the best place for me and my dogs to stay. Being on a 200 acre hidden cabin with 2 big dogs and no one around to bother us was wonderful. The dogs got to explore, hunt and chase critters! The bed sheets were a little too strongly smelling of laundry detergent, living room could’ve used a coffee table or a rug to make it more cozy.
