The Moose is homely and clean. Walking distance to sun studios, ALDI supermarket and some good food places. I recommend the Guac for Mexican. Great service there. The only negative about the Moose was the air conditioning struggled to keep the room cool but thankfully there was an additional fan.
If you are relying on the trolleys to get around, they are not running (not since August 2024) so ignore that info they provide.

The hotel was in walking distance of local attractions. The restaurant and bar in the hotel was closed the whole time we where there and that was a big letdown

take the elevator to the top floor ($10) before sunset for the best view of Memphis and the Mississippi river. there is also a bar and restaurant at the top but hours of operation is up to 8 pm only.
