「Stayed here for a quick Business trip and it was perfect. Its about the size of a small hotel suite with the mini kitchen, but in a safe and quiet neighborhood. It was a third of the price compared to hotels in the area with bad reviews, so this was ideal!」

「I came to this property not knowing I would be sharing space with others. It should’ve stated that on the website, so people are aware. When staying in an AirBnB I’m looking to have my own privacy. This place literally is a room, a small room at that. When we pulled up we seen crack heads across the street. I had already paid for the room but after my husband viewed the room he wasn’t happy with it, so while the owners were there I asked if I could get a refund they told me they don’t do refunds...

「It was potentially dangerous to enter. No adequate locks on doors. Not recommended. 」

「We traveled to NJ to attend a family celebration. The accommodations were great but we experienced vandalism on our car. The window was busted out on the driver's side and they damaged the inside of the vehicle. It was a Sunday of a holiday weekend and there were no repair shops open. We had to drive 5 hours home to VA with no window and the humidity was horrendous.」

「오래된 하우스였지만 침구도 깨끗하고 편했어요 오래된 나무 집이라 마루가 삐걱거리는 소음은 있었지만 큰 방해는 안됐어요 위치도 뉴왁 펜 스태이션과 가까워 nj transit 이나 path 를 타고 맨해튼에 쉽게 갈수 있었어요 20분 정도 열차를 타면 됩니다 」

「Scam scam scam I booked the room for a night sole to host and day of reservation gotten no text nor update about how to get into the room 」

「We hadden hier geboekt voor 2 nachten, na aankomst op JFK airport. Het adres klopte niet, niemand in de buurt had van dit hotel gehoord en toen we probeerden te bellen nam er niemand op. Toen we uiteindelijk na een uur iemand spraken werd ons gezegd dat er geen boeking was(ik had de bevestiging bij me) en werd de telefoon opgehangen. 22.00 in de avond met een gezin met baby, en geen overnachting na een lange vliegreis en autorit, en voor het eerst in de VS.. Echt vreselijk dit allemaal!」
