"Very friendly and helpful staff. Good sized standard rooms. Very well looked after hotel. Spa and gym facilities are excellent. Bar and restaurant have a nice atmosphere. Breakfast offering was good. Some amenities were missing such as no fridge in the room which was surprising. The bathroom extractor fan wasn't working and neither was the heated towel rail. Also no air conditioning in the room. But they do provide a fan."

"The food in the Main Hotel was amazing. We stayed in the castle and the room was big and spacious. Check in time is very late. The Castle unless in restaurant times there was nowhere like a simple shop to be able to get a simple drink without having to go over to the main Resort."

"Friendly and helpfull staff. Rooms were tidy. Small thing to mention, First room had missing TV remote and in second one, it was not working. It didn't affect our stay as we don't use it. You need to pre-book swimming pool and the slot is 45min starting on the hour. This prevents it from being over-crowded, which is a plus. Overall very pleased with our stay. Recommended!"
