「We were unable to stay at this property due to an issue with the hot tub so they offered us an alternative accommodation which also had a hot tub. The accommodation was ok, but the hot tub was dirty and when we put the jets on, lots of small black dirt came out so we didn't use it. overall a disappointing experience 」

A few items to note that are strange for such an high end hotel: not all rooms have bathrobes? Only the bigger suites, which is a weird thing to do considering the price, and for a Michelin grade hotel too… first time I’ve seen this.
Also, selection of drinks is limited.
Other than that, the service was amazing, the location amazing, loved it.

「Superbe hôtel, on se sent en vacances. Le personnel est au top ! Gentil monsieur à la réception hier à 23h. J’ai adoré discuter avec lui, il revenait justement de Belgique.
La chambre sent super bon ! La literie est au top 😍.
La piscine semble bien, petite, sans réelle vue sur l’horizon mais elle est entretenue.
Il y a par contre une ligne électrique qui passe au dessus, je ne l’avais pas remarqué en arrivant à 23h.
Le restaurant est beaux, avec un effet « Trulli » mais nous n’avons pas...

「Abbiamo deciso di sostare due notti agli Agritrulli per fare una esperienza in una abitazione tipica e visitare le località limitrofe. Noi abbiamo soggiornato nella Casedda Fichi d'India ma non avevamo capito al momento della prenotazione che era una struttura diversa dai trulli. Forse andrebbe specificato meglio. Ci siamo comunque trovati bene.」
