Hotel was clean, breakfast was good quality, staff were friendly. We had just a few issues, 1:Requested a cot on check-in and the cot wasn't in our room when we got back that night (luckily we had a travel cot in the car). 2: Our room was left open after it was cleaned and we were out the whole day. 3: someone must have been re arranging there conference room at 5.30am and woke us up with the sound of tables and chairs being dragged across a floor. Otherwise staff where friendly hotel was clean and the breakfast was good quality.

The hotel is dated and pretty tired in places. The room was fine, just old fashioned. The shower was fairly terrible! Breakfast was great though and jacuzzi and gym facilities were good. You do have to wear a swimming hat to use the pool; they have hats available to use but a borrowed hat seems quite unhygienic so only jacuzzi, sauna and steam room were available to us. For a one night stay it was fine and functional.

Lovely hotel, great location near RDS, Herbert Park, & lovely walks along the Dodder. Ten minute walk to the DART station. Only downside is condo construction on one side of the hotel — so either plan to be out of the room during weekdays, or request a room as far from construction as possible…

The studio wasn’t huge, but quite practical as the space had been used well. There was a good bit of storage space and a little kitchenette. The bathroom arrangement was somewhat unusual. It was nice and quiet in the studio, with barely any noise from outside or within the building. One thing that would’ve made a huge difference to the comfort levels is air conditioning, as it got quite hot in the studio due to the warm weather. Having shared kitchen and terrace spaces was a nice touch, so in general this was a good place to stay, especially if attending an event at Aviva, which is within a reasonable walking distance.
