"The place is a rental property rather than a hotel. The host Carla was very friendly and responsive. The view was amazing. However, the property could use some serious work. There were holes on the wall, stains on the couch, splashes on the kitchen window shades, mold or stains on bathroom ceiling. The bathroom sink doesn’t work. "The Oceano was definitely a gem! The pictures do not do it justice! I highly recommend this place, from the check in, to Franklin, the excursion/tour booker was 100% amazing! The entire property was top notch, location was superb, the breakfast was great, housekeeping staff was amazing, room was spotless. I have nothing bad to say about this place. Would definitely stay here again! 10/10"
