「Great」

「Our room had a great view of the pool. Everything was perfectly clean. Hotel has a convenient coffee bar with great coffee & pastries. Loved the short walk to the beach! Also short distance to main street in Jaco Beach with many restaurants & shops. Superb stay!」

「Beautiful property. Very big and so may plants and trees you are emersed in the jungle. Very quiet. Check-in was smooth and they originally had us on a second floor but changed it to a main floor room upon our request. The rooms are large and comfortable. The pool looked lovely and the restaurant was a good size. The included breakfast was fine. The only disappointment was the restaurant wasn't open for dinner as indicated on the website. We would definitely recommend a stay here.」

「Right on the beach . Cozy hotel . Really good vibe and close to everything in Jaco . Rooms was extremely clean . Loved the place」

「The people here are so nice. The hotel was so cute. I literally got to sleep next to these pretty lights. In my room the towels were all designed. Plus, the property makes sure you’re safe. They have a gate to protect your car. They have overnight staff to help you with anything you need. And it’s a wonderful area. Very safe and fun at the same time. Everyone was nice and welcoming. When I checked in they even gave me an umbrella. These people really care about others. I’m from America and I was...

「Excelente estadía. La comida del restaurante deliciosa!! Las habitaciones super cómodas y hermosas. Súper recomendado!!」

「Great food!」

「This has been one of the best places that I’ve stayed in Costa Rica the property is beautiful the staff is amazing and the it’s located close enough to town you can walk I’d highly recommend it!!!」

「Staff was great and helpful. Great breakfast, food and drinks. Nice swimming pools and perfect for kids and adults alike. Nice gardens and open areas. Big rooms although somewhat outdated. The only black dot (for me at least) was that they have too many restrictions and they make sure you know about them. There are signs containing the words "no", "can't", "don't", "prohibido", etc all over the place and that can be overwhelming and give you the feeling that you are being watched all the...

「Cleanliness and good location」

「Room was clean and we loved the balcony. Great for watching the sunset. Beds were a little hard for my liking but we were exhausted after running all day so we still slept fine lol. A/C was great after being out in the heat. The hotel is beach front and a short walk to the main street for shopping. Gustavo was so awesome. He gave us food recommendations and helped set up our massages. He was ready for whatever request we threw at him. Awesome! The included breakfast next door at Kokos was...

「Everything was super nice and modern and the food was good」

「The place was ok for the price but has a lot of cosmetic flaws. Shower had no water pressure at all, a lot of dust, paint on the walls were chipped.」
