"We had an awesome week at Gull House! This place was one of the cleanest and definitely the best stocked unit that we have ever stayed in. The house is right on the beach with a wonderful deck and boardwalk leading over the dunes to the beach. The house is fully stocked with everything you can think of. Kitchen utensils, toiletries, beach chairs, bicycles, binoculars, bug spray, you name it, it was there! The appliances look to be newer also. We watched the sea turtles all day long in the water, and we also seen them every night coming out to lay their eggs right in front of the beach house. We even seen a manatee swimming up the coast. We also found shark teeth, sea glass and some nice shells. Early morning surf fishing paid off with catches of red drum, pompano, and catfish!The beach is very private also! Lots of great restaurants in the Melbourne and Sebastian areas, and just 1.5 hrs from the Kennedy Space Center, which was a really cool experience.We would definitely stay here again if we decide to revisit this area of Florida!"

"Beautiful beach front. Sea turtles nesting nearby. We stayed with our grandchildren and older family members and had a great time. It is an older property and looks like renovations are under way. The beach was not busy and the kids played for hours. Alberto was very responsive and provided excellent communication."

""Sand castles ARE magical!" this is a wonderful property that affords privacy plus great direct access to the beach and proximity to great restaurant experiences.The morning surprises of dozens of sea turtle tracks up the beach to lay eggs is an incredible added bonus!"

"I can’t say enough about what a great time we had ! 6 adults ,2 toddlers and a dog .We enjoyed the sunrises, beach and the fenced in patio , which was a safe and fun area for the children. The host responded immediately if we had any questions. We will definitely be back!"
