"This was our second stay at this property and I highly recommend it. The overall property is beautifully maintained and well equipped, making it easy to relax on the beach or fish. It is close to Sebastian Inlet for those who enjoy fishing and secluded so it’s easy to relax without neighbors being too close by. The owners, Gina and Rich, are super responsive to any needs. We will be visiting again in the future."

"We had a great family getaway. Everything about this property was beyond expectations. Super clean and beautifully decorated and furnished, had everything you can possibly need, including beach gear, so you don’t have to bring anything (maybe just ice). It’s near a couple of restaurants and nature preserves, but away from busy city life. We got to see a SpaceX launch from the beach!! Our hostess was always quick to answer questions and was very kind. Our kids were sad to leave. "

"Great location not at all crowded on beach , seen sea turtles, dolphins, manatee’s and two rocket launches adding his to one of our favorites. Great communication with management we had one small issue and they took care of it ASAP so no negatives only positives . Highly recommend we rented whole house so had plenty room having both upstairs and down and very affordable "

"Super unique and fun stay. The owners are very friendly and helpful.Just a couple of suggestions for future guests planning on staying for more than a couple days: Take ice for the cooler, possibly an extra cooler, paper plates and utensils, paper towels, extra garbage bags. But I'm pretty sure if there was anything you needed/forgot the owners would supply or direct you on an easy means to get it. They are very responsive. I highly recommend you rent their boat. Driving around and docking up to restaurants really made the trip enjoyable. But simply staying on the house, watching the sunrise and sunset with fish jumping, dolphin fins, manatee nose peaking out of the water is an ideal way to get away for peace and tranquility. "
