"A group of 12 friends stayed for my 50th Birthday and this Villa was beyond our expectations! The house managers Gabby and Angelique were in touch with us before our arrival and helped with pre-stocking groceries, getting a Chef to do a dinner, and arranging a private half day boat tour. The only thing listing does not show is just how comfortable the beds are - truly the best I have ever experienced! We are already looking at dates to come back to Casa Del Mar!"

"We went to Exuma searching for quiet, and we found it! The Exuma Palms, despite being right on the Queen's Highway, was very quiet and relaxing. The ocean view was great from even our ground-level room, the room was very clean, and the beds reasonably comfortable. However, be sure to have a car if you stay here. We had to walk on the edge of the rural highway in the dark for 2/3 of a mile to find the nearest open restaurant. The Exuma Palms recently changed ownership, and the new owners are working to bring it back, but as of February 2026 there were still a lot of needs. There was a pile of lumber and some work completed, but no work was done during the week we were there. Of the two stairways to the beach, both were difficult for my wife to navigate after her knee surgery last year. Cracked plaster and corroded metal work continued the theme of neglect. The trash dumpster overflowed all week. We never saw the pool cleaned or the deck taken care of; items were left for days until we cleaned them up ourselves. Lounge chairs had broken bolts and were ready to fall apart. The room included a fridge, microwave, and coffee maker, but no coffee nor even cups. I don't know if the water is drinkable, but it was hard to find bottled water outside the restaurant. No exhaust fan in the bathroom, only a window opening to the hall. Our room was never cleaned or our trash taken out. The restaurant, however, was very nice, and the service there excellent."

"This was our family’s first stay in Exuma and the location of Coconut Breeze made it easy to explore the island. The home was spacious and immaculately clean. We had everything we needed and the view of the ocean was spectacular. It’s a bright, open space. While you are steps from the beach, it can be a bit rocky and splashy to climb over the rocks to get to the sand. We enjoyed most everything the home had to offer! "

"Beautiful home on the beach complete with everything we needed for our stay. We cooked a couple of dinners in the kitchen with nothing lacking. Our hosts were quick to help with any questions about the island or their home and responded fast to our phone calls and texts. Heather offered to grocery shop and pick up anything we asked for before our arrival. She even searched for and found a specific wine request for us. We were first time guests on the island and having our hosts’ recommendations on restaurants and places to explore was incredibly helpful. This is a place we will come to again. It’s a true home away from home with much love and warmth given to it."
