「We had a good stay at Palmares overall. The property itself is gorgeous and our Signature Apartment was a huge highlight — spacious, spotless, well designed and really comfortable. We had a two bedroom and the second bedroom was actually separate from the main apartment, which was great for privacy. The staff was also incredibly kind and helpful. 「We really liked this hotel. Me and my 3 friends stayed here and really enjoyed our stay. If we ever come back to Lagoa we would all come back to this hotel! Staff was pretty nice.」

「The location was great for a visit to Zoo marine. Parking was a bit of a challenge but the host helped us sort it out. The pool was great and the apartment was very nice. My only complaint is the sofa bed was not that comfortable, but we made it work.」

「The apartment is beautiful, spacious, and clean. There was an elevator in the building. There are just no words to describe how amazing the location is. Two balconies are a huge plus. However, I must admit that not having an air conditioner was a major downside. The fans didn't help when it got too hot at night. We tried opening all the windows, but another surprise awaited us- garbage trucks came in the middle of the night and started loading garbage! This is something I've never seen before....
