Overall experience was good, staff were friendly and our requests dealt quickly and efficiently. Apartment was a good size and had most things needed for a beach holiday. Access to the beach easy by car (approximately 5mins), within walking distance to the harbor and city centre (10/15mins). Beaches also within walking distance (around 20/25mins)but with children might be tricky in the heat. Also a lovely public park with a cafe just opposite the apartment complex. Cafes and supermarkets nearby.

It is a nice location because it is just off the main strip of Praia de Rocha, so it’s quiet. But 1 towel per week, 1 cleaning per week, I had to argue to get an extra pillow, and the beds were bricks. Honestly, stay here if you want the absolute bare minimum, however, if you expect anything remotely above adequate, spend the extra money and go elsewhere.

A little out the way ...........

But nice little pool for a quick dip. We had a car and travelled around the area which was a bonus. Good, safe friendly hotel but nothing much nearby in the evenings.

Forts noticed was when arriving the parking was next to a trailer park area or a homeless camp, felt unsafe especially traveling with children. Room was dirty and appliances were old and dirty. Noticed what appeared to be blood stains on the ceiling lamp and walls. Ended up having to leave and paying extra to stay at a different hotel. Will not recommend this place at all.

Fin beliggenhed i rimelig gå-afstand til det meste i byen. Jeg boede på 8. etage og havde en stor lejlighed med soveværelse med queenzise seng, køkken, stort badeværelse og terrasse med udsigt over omgivelserne. Jeg tjekkede sent ind (pr. telefon), og det gik fint nok, men jeg savnede en flaske vand i køleskabet og et par kaffebrikker til kaffemaskinen som en basal velkomstpakke. Eneste minus var naboens hane....

Great & good value.

After reading the reviews, I decided to book the apartment. The staff were very friendly, helpful & great at answering all our questions & giving us directions. The apartment was extremely clean & had all the amenities needed for a holiday. I was expecting air conditioning, only some apartments have it, but it did have 4 patio doors, so there was plenty of airflow. Great & good value.

El piso está junto a chavolas, frente a un reformatorio. La cocina no funcionaba la campana y se formaba una increíble de humo cuando cocinaba. Las camas súper incomodas, creo que aún tengo las marcas de los muelles en la espalda y ni por hablar de los dos cojines que te dan por almohadas. No repetiré, prefiero pagar un poco más e ir a un sitio en condiciones.

Nao entendo os comentarios que li sobre este estabelecimento. So pode ser tudo mentira. Mobiliario bastante degradado.. Sofá rasgado. Cama mto pouco confortável.. Paredes tudo rachado e partidas .. Bem .. Muito muito low cost mesmo!! Insuportável é mesmo o barulho do acampamento que está instalado à porta do estabelecimento. Zona Feia !! Bem .. resumindo .. Nao recomendo!! Com um pouco de paciência e ao mesmo preço conseguem melhor.
