"Very friendly and helpful staff. We stayed here for almost 2 weeks in their largest room which had a comfortable bed, sofa, tv, bathroom, kitchenette, microwave etc. The breakfast buffet had a good variety of foods. Nearby chocolate shop was a plus, and close to a supermarket and some restaurants. It is a walk to the center of town (1/2 hour?) or you can take a taxi. No pool. "

"Poderia ajustar o chuveiro colocar um chuveiro melhor e manter a limpeza da saida de agua para q o mesmo sai a agua melhor e nao espalhado, onde temos que correr atras da agua para lavar o cabelo. Fora isso todo o restante da estadia foi maravilhoso. A recepção nos permitiu entrar no quarto antes do horario o que nos possibilitou descansar dps de 15hrs de viagem de carro. Agradecode coração essa atenção e sensibilidade da recepcionista. Parabéns!"

"Terrible experience for our family of two parents and two adult daughters! We had it reserved for 2 nights but could only stay one night because of the awful conditions. We arrived after 8:00pm, and apparently, that is the time when the staff for the Flats leave. The HOTEL CKERK gave us our keys. But the hotel staff could not help us when we asked for sheets for the couch/bed, fan, and soap. They said they had all of those things, but they could not give us any because we were staying in...
