「The breakfast was good but, need to be hotter. Staffs were excellent, good quality service. We did not experience any evening meals unfortunately, we arrived Sunday and stays till Wednesday morning. 「Difficult to find and very problematic checking in. Digital check in never opened for me. The only way I was able to get into my room was that I was let in by a management person. I didn’t leave for dinner because I was afraid I’d be locked out. I wanted to drop my luggage around noon so I could see the sites without suitcase in tow but since there is no on site staff and no check in until 4 that was not possible. Please come up with a solution for travelers who need to store luggage. 」
