Some noise from the bar downstairs, but I wasn't bothered by that as you would expect it being a busy restaurant on a main road. Very quiet after closing time and road was quite as well. Good value for money. 」

「Harold gave us a very warm welcome and showed us into the house which we found to be a lovely comfortable, warm and well equipped guest house at Warlands Farm. It was great to also have the use of the spacious lounge and kitchen/dining room. We found the house bright and clean, with a newly refurbished interior. We loved watching the free range chickens in the garden..The farmhouse is in lovely countryside and is also very convenient if you plan to visit the Beamish museum which is 10 just...

「Brunswick House is a beautiful B&B which is the perfect mix of homely and modern. It has absolutely everything you might need, including an amazing breakfast selection all cooked fresh! The bedrooms were clean and comfortable, and it was great to have a parking space (it is a tight alley to get to the car park just be aware!)」

「Small but very comfortable twin room with ensuite. Loved the big bath sheets. I would have added a second side table and perhaps a chair or luggage stand. Nice lounge/breakfast area, with plenty of fridges to store food/snacks. Comfortable couches and good sized TV. Very close to bus stop and only 10mins to Durham so we were able to just park the cars for the weekend. Hosts were very nice. 」
