"Lovely accomodation with outside patio and shaded area. Cool for the summer and with underfloor heating to take the chill off the tiles throughout the year. A little noisy at night but it didn't spoil our week. The beach is about a 20 minute walk away and there are walks in the forest so you can walk for miles. "Beautiful villa just a short drive from Lucca. The room was relatively basic but with an incredibly comfortable bed and in quiet surroundings. The breakfast was fresh and varied and the staff were friendly and helpful. The pool was perfect for an early morning dip before exploring the surrounding hills and town. I would happily stay here again. "
