We spent a month in this property this summer and it was absolutely perfect for our needs. It was just a short walk to the train station to pop into Barcelona for the day or to take a day trip to another town. However, the town of Premia de Mar was quiet, safe, and not overly crowded. The beach is just a few minutes away on foot as well as are the shops and restaurants. We often enjoyed our evenings in one of the plazas just a two minute walk away where there are multiple establishments to choose from. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking meals at home when we didn’t want to eat out and the supermarkets offer a good selection of food.The beds were comfortable and the air conditioning made it easy to beat the heat on hot afternoons. We would definitely consider coming back. I particularly like the layout with the private courtyard and roof top where you can enjoy your coffee, read a book, or play a card game.
