Disliked: Cleanliness, amenities, property conditions & facilities, communication
No hot water in shower. You have to clean your room after your stay. Ex: Take care of your garbage, clean your dishes without gloves because they didn’t provide them. If you DON’T they will charge you extra 35 euros!
