Hotel management refused to check him and made him stay in the cold weather in his rental car.. what kind of human being are they !!! They had told us they’d wait for use excellent service. We had to take a taxi as last bus had left. Arrived with time enough spare to have a night cap. Friendly - unbelievably kind staff."
