Nice settings but…a paradox

Difficult to say if this is a hotel or a restaurant with rooms. For us it was the last. Very nice place with beautiful outside area. But we stayed 5 nights, and the whole hotel is closed untill 16.00 everyday. You have to give in your key to get cleaning, and can not get it before 16.00. The pool is also closed. So if you want your room and the pool, you will not ger cleaning. In our view the staff is very friendly, but need better management, so they need to know what to do and when. There is a lot of noise from the kitchen for the rooms above. This untill midnight. Staff reacts as if this is a restaurant but forgets there are guests upstairs. Breakfast not worh the money, only one egg per person and no announced bacon. Rest was average good. Cleaning was not existing, only change of towels. It is an average 3 star even that the outside area and the staff could deliver 4 stars or more.

Vacker pool, skön jacuzzi, lagom med folk och ett väldigt fint rum. Vi var väldigt nöjda med vistelsen och tacksamma att vi fick en så fin avslutning på vår resa från Frankrike mot Sverige.

Fantastisk ställe med höga ambitioner. Lite kvar att jobba på för restaurangen i form av smak och service. Men ett fantastiskt ställe. Vi hade dock behövt mer fläktar/AC.

Magnifique

Nous y avons passé deux nuits. Nous avons été très bien accueillis, tout le personnel est très disponible, sympathique et souriant. On s’y est tout de suite bien sentis. Les espaces sont très propres, bien décorés et sentent bon. Le service d’entretien des chambres n’est pas systématiquement quotidien mais le personnel et le patron restent à votre disposition pour n’importe quel besoin et font les choses avec plaisir. Le petit déjeuner est complet et très bon ainsi que le restaurant (cuisine faite maison, c’est très bon). Nous avons pu profiter de l’espace bien être autant que l’on voulait et les espaces collectifs restent toujours ouverts et accessibles. Nous ne sommes pas prêts d’oublier ce magnifique séjour. Merci au Presbytère.

Wat een pareltje! Prachtig gebouw, toffe kamer, supervriendelijk personeel van bij de ontvangst tot aan het vertrek. Speciaal een woordje van dank aan de lieve ontbijtdame Rita voor wie niets teveel was. Ook de studenten verdienen een dikke pluim! Zwembad, jacuzzi en sauna zijn hele leuke extra's. Wij zijn grote fan en komen zeker terug!

Relax op doorreis

Heerlijk genieten in een mooie relax omgeving. De familiekamer was perfect en het zwembad en jacuzzi zijn heerlijk. Ook het restaurant is een aanrader. Na 3 nachten volledig uitgerust om verder te gaan.

Accueil sans sonnette comme dans les palaces; Personnel ressemble pas a la classe de l'hôtel mais ils savent vous mettre à l'aise. Jeune ,dynamique, serviable. Si vous chercher un lieu pour vous déconnecter et vous réconcilier avec la nature et conserver le confort ce lieu est la bonne adresse. Dommage pour l'aire enfants qui n'existe plus , qui aurait permis de nous détendre tout en accomplissant notre surveillance. A revoir en été même pour nous les français limitrophes

A mixed review

Let’s start with the pros: -rooms were clean and tidy. -pool and spa facilities (all outdoor) were a lovely welcome addition and access was easy and until 10pm. -evening food in the restaurant was nice. Cons: -my biggest issue with this hotel is health and hygiene. The breakfast was quite frankly inedible as the young lady doing breakfast service had left most things uncovered. Flies had literally swarmed the pastries, bread, jams and juices meaning that my breakfast options were very limited (to cereal from sealed containers) unless I was willing to risk getting sick. A simple investment of a mesh food cover could make such a difference. - the bathroom door did not close properly and was made of transparent glass which doesn’t do a lot to add to romance. No one wants to see someone else in the toilet, whether you’re romantically involved or not!

Heeft alles om een parel te worden !

Eén en ander kan hier uitgroeien tot een prachtige accommodatie waar het aangenaam vertoeven is in de tuin met zwembad, ligstoelen, jacuzzi, sauna. We verbleven in het nieuwe gedeelte waar er echter nog wel wat werk te presteren valt. Vooral naar veiligheid toe ! Gezinsvriendelijk is op dit moment wat tegenstrijdig met naar ik aanneem voorlopige houten leuningen aan de trappen, de trap naar een diepe kelder in de eetzaal die niet afgesloten is, de gevaarlijke trap van de 3-persoonsslaapkamer naar het beneden gedeelte waar bv. het toilet is. Deze kamers hebben het slaapgedeelte onder het dak en bij de huidige temperaturen is dit niet uit te houden omdat er geen airco is. Ook enkele kleine mankementen zoals lauwe koffie bij het ontbijt, geen bekers voor de tandenborstels in de kamer,geen leeslampjes, geen haardroger en ook geen tv op de kamer.. Laat dit alles niet te negatief klinken want het zijn zeer vriendelijke uitbaters die echt wel hun best doen om het hun gasten zo aangenaam mogelijk te maken. Ik ben er zeker van dat binnen een half jaartje ze al veel verder zullen staan met hun "totale" plaatje. Wij komen zeker terug om dit eens af te toetsen.
