The hotel is very nice, and the hotel room is great and spacious with excellent bathrooms. The location is a little sketchy - but it is within walking distance of the metro rails and there is a great Korean Chicken spot around the corner that is super!

The staff and amenities were amazing, the room however and floor seemed incredibly disgusting with stains all over the carpet in and outside the room, as well as a smell that lingered in the room.

i stayed in room 703 with 3 other friends, it's a very spacious room, with 4 double beds. everything in the room is great. 10-15mins step-free walk from Nagoya station, it's fine for us as we didn't have a lot of luggage.

Quiet neighborhood

About a 15 minutes walk away from Nagoya Station but it's nice quiet place in a residential neighborhood. Pleasantly surprised with the size of the room.

I would NOT recommend this hotel. No service provided. No 24 hours reception. Unhelpful. Not near to station. During my stay, it was cold. The heater was not warm enough. I asked for blankets or portable heater but nothing could be provided. No heat in both the toliet and corridor. It was cold in the toliet. Also you have to wait for long time until the tap water turned warm. Finally, two of us got sick. No cleaning service - you may say environmental friendly. But I stayed for 5 nights with only one set of towels. One had to pay for the other set of towels if needed. It was even worst than budget hotel.

遅いチェックインにもかかわらず、いやな顔一つせず、ご丁寧に対応していただきました。家族４人での宿泊でしたが、部屋がきれいで広く、家族も思い思いにゆっくり過ごせました。冷蔵庫も大きく、この酷暑の中非常に助かりました。一つ、洗濯機が備え付けてあったのですが、水が出てこず、使えなかったのが残念でした。しかしそれを差し引いても余りある満足度でした。また名古屋に宿泊する際はぜひ利用したいです。

Once in a lifetime trip

As a multi generation traveling on a once in a life time trip this was a great place to stay. Very clean and very modern. The only suggestion is have a list of local restaurants with locations
