"We felt very much at home in this little stone house, it has plenty of space for our family of 3. The location is great for the sandy beaches on the Ionian coast but also the rocky Adriatic coast is easy reachable within 1h. The town has plenty of restaurants which are in walking distance from the house. Tiziano and his family were very friendly and accommodating to our needs. We had a good time immersing in Italian culture and would recommend the house to anyone wanting a simple and comfortable...

"We have just had the best 10 days at Villa Tiziana. Two families with 3 teenagers. Beautiful rustic villa, incredible pool and outside space. Everything you need and supermarket just 5 minutes walk away. Communication with Rocco was excellent, he also came with his lovely family one evening to cook a meal for us, authentic Puglia dishes. There is a small town nearby, Santa Maria de Leuca with plenty of restaurants. 15 min drive is Pesculouse with the most beautiful beaches and crystal clear sea....

"Il giardino e la villa nella quale è inserito l'appartamento da noi occupato sono veramente incantevoli e curati con precisione dal proprietario; piscina sempre pulita e a nostra disposizione, spazi esterni comodi e godibili per giochi e relax, casa funzionale e ben attrezzata. I proprietari, residenti nella villa, molto discreti ma sempre disponibili per qualsiasi nostro bisogno o richiesta. Siamo stati davvero bene!"

"Die windgeschützte und überdachte Terasse lädt bei jedem Wetter zum entspannen ein! Der private Meereszugang ist einfach genial, die Kinder haben die Schnorchel ausgepackt sobald das Meer ruhig war. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet! Tolle Strände nicht weit weg! Die Dusche könnte etw modernisiert werden etw mehr Warmwasser wäre hier schön!"

Plusieurs beaux endroits à visiter à pied de la villa ( cala, grotte, plongée....). Cette côte est très belle avec beaucoup de visite à réaliser sans faire trop de voiture. "Wir haben drei Wochen in der Villa Grotta Azzura B verbracht und hatten eine wunderschöne Zeit. Von den verschiedenen Terrassen hat man einen traumhaften Meerblick und sowohl das Haus als auch die Außenanlagen sind sehr sauber und top gepflegt. Der Pool wird regelmäßig sehr gründlich gereinigt und gewartet. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und stets hilfsbereit mit vielen Tipps und Anregungen für Ausflüge und Unternehmungen. A nice large property to wander around good sized pool with lots of different types of seating/lounging It is an easy stroll to the pier. Our room was comfortable and clean. It was a bit dated but it seems they are upgrading the property bit by bit. Friendly staff. "

"We really enjoyed our stay here, the staff were very welcoming and friendly throughout our stay. We don’t usually choose half board but we are glad we did! The first night there was a buffet in the garden, of local food, this was the best buffet I have ever had, everything was so fresh and tasty and there was lots of vegetarian choice. We ate off the a la carte menu our other 2 nights, which again was amazing food, with lots of choice, as was breakfast. The pool area is lovely and the hotel is only a 10 minute drive to the lovely town of Otranto. We had a standard room, the only criticism is the bathroom could do with a bit of an update, the shower wasn’t great with poor pressure if you had it on warm. There was live music and dancing one night and we enjoyed the tour of the underground Oil Mill and Olive Oil Tasting which was provided by the hotel. "

"This was one of my favorite places in Puglia! The lady at the front desk was so welcoming and warm. The room was gorgeous as well as the grounds. The breakfast was spectacular… it had everything including very freshly cut up fruit. The cappuccino machine made amazing coffee. The location was walkable to everything. She recommend a restaurant for dinner with fabulous views and was only a 5 minute walk. This was a very last minute booking and was a very good value. I will definitely return. "

"Loved the entire property. Nice rooms, pool, parking, and breakfast. There were 2 large groups staying there so they needed to figure out the dining a bit better. A group of 100 and another 35 were there so they set up for dinner for them and forgot about the other 10-12 guests but eventually ( once said we needed a place too) set up some tables outside for us."
