Room was clean and well maintained. Staff were very courteous but needs more training on processes and follow-up with situations. Restaurant has a great ambiance and dinner had an add-on entertainment which was great.

Hotel Fleuris is a good basic hotel that gives good value for money. But there are areas that need tidying up for example the shower in my room desperatly needs the silicon replacing as its covered in mould. The aircon worked well and there is also a ceiling fan in the room. I found the bed a bit hard but that may suit some people. Breakfast is not a buffet and although there are choices they are pretty basic. The staff are good and its location is good for the SM City mall.

The moment we arrived to the hotel, the door lock never worked because of a loose handle (though this was later poorly fixed), then the hot water didn’t work and the staff tried to look at it, and couldn’t fix it, later the hot water worked ...
