「Near everything--restaurants, stores. Great staff. My only complaint is with the TV. Very few channels and those that they did have, you couldn't get a signal to watch them.」

「For a suite, the sofa in the room should be usable. It was so hard, it felt like concrete. I ended up spending all my time sitting in the bed. Also, no lotion as an amenity.」

「Staff was amazing as always. Hotel is in need of a refresh or updating. I have stayed here multiple times over the last 3 years and while I love the convenience and staff the condition of the hotel is making me consider looking for a new place for my next visit to the area.」

「I have stayed here before and it was good. This time, we had an issue with the blinds/curtains. They are on a motor and we, and the maintenance staff, could not get the blinds down. Our room faced the parking garage so the lights were brightly shining through the window. That made for a sleepless night. The maintenance guy reset the power and still couldnt get it to work. This was around 1 am and we just wanted to sleep. The Sheraton could do better.」

「This looked like a sanctuary hotel. Transient s and misplaced people were sleeping in the lobby. Roaches and ants in the room. The breakfast was terrible (powdered eggs and gray sausage patties). Unclean/unkept serving area. The staff would disappear and would be unreachable phone. There were no phones in the rooms either..」
