Very friendly receptionist. Hotel is close to lots of sights and town center. They have a parking lot which comes in handy if you have a car. Hotel very clean and a nice breakfast is available.

Absolutely incredible hotel. Beautiful on the inside. Very clean. Right in the middle of town, close to everything. Hotel owner was incredible. Very nice! Breakfast was delicious.

Good stay, great breakfast and free parking

Good 1 night stay. Very small rooms but modern design. Bathroom is tiny and no shower door so water gets everywhere. Excellent buffet breakfast in morning and free parking on-site. Hotel was very loud until late with construction and remodel. Employees were very friendly and helpful. Room is very small but comfortable and ac works great. 1 small window but no views.

Hotel Idea was rated highly, and I could see why. It is quintessentially European as it is a refit of a very old building, and it is also 100% Balkan, within a cozy corner of Bosnia and Herzegovina’s second largest city. I am originally from this region and very much enjoyed authentic foods and nostalgic sights all within minutes of walking.

Enkelt men rent och fräscht hotell med jättebra läge nära till allt i Banja Luka. Frukosten var enkel, men jag gillar ändå att gå ut och äta frukost när jag bor på hotell utomlands. Personalen pratade begränsad engelska, men med hjälp av Google Translate fungerade kommunikationen ändå bra.

Aus dem Abfluss im Bad hat es nicht sonderlich gut gerochen, was aber vermutlich einfach an den alten Rohren liegt. Sauber war es definitiv und wenn man ein Handtuch über den Abfluss im Bad gelegt hat, war das Geruchsproblem schon deutlich minimiert :). Das Hotel ist wirklich top, hat eine super Lage und auch das Frühstück war voll in Ordnung.

Το δωμάτιο που μείναμε ήταν καθαρό, αλλά ήταν το basic οπότε ήταν μικρό. Το προσωπικό ήταν πάρα πολύ φιλικό, ευγενικό και εξυπηρετικό. Το πρωινό είχε σχετική ποικιλία και ήταν καλό. Το κατάλυμα βρίσκεται σε καλό σημείο και εύκολα μπορείς να επισκεφτείς τα αξιοθέατα της πόλης με τα πόδια. Διαθέτει και χώρο στάθμευσης.
