「Friendly staff」

「They gave us a room with a broken refrigerator that can’t be fixed as they told us later, no phone connection to the reception, broken TV, and rude staff. When we asked to be transferred to another room with better view, the reception staff were not accepting that until they sent someone to try to fix all these issues. 「　街の中心部(2km)とバスターミナル・鉄道駅(600m)の間にある。バスターミナルからの交通手段があまり良くなさそうなので、すぐに徒歩で行けて助かった。 　部屋はアップグレードされたのか、ベッドが大きく、バルコニー付きだったけれど、デスクと椅子がなったため、レストランのものを貸してもらった。 　朝食付きにしたけれど、ごく一般的なビュッフェ式で、地方色はなかったけれど必要十分の内容だった。 　利用はしていないけれど、食事のルームサービスもあって、便利かもしれない。」

「Absolutely incredible hotel. Beautiful on the inside. Very clean. Right in the middle of town, close to everything. Hotel owner was incredible. Very nice! Breakfast was delicious.」

「Tv didn’t work We asked for more towel and they told us to wait the day after even if the hotel was empty . The “breakfast” was already included we just had a glass of water and oj and when we asked for 2 cappuccino they told us it’s not included so we pay it for it . Picture of advertising are not really the same of the reality of the room .」

「How perfect can it get? Meticulously clean and as described, responsive, friendly and helpful host, convenient free parking, right next to a square with restaurants, pharmacy and pub, within walking distance to many more restaurants… I can’t say anything was any less than expected or advertised, or even less than hoped for. I also liked that it was convenient to the airport and close to the Tunnel of Hope/Tunnel of Salvation and King Fahd Mosque, two places on my bucket list. Would...
