"Absolutely fabulous..the best check in we have ever had. Ashton was so helpful and friendly. Free drink on arrival and an early check in. Room was spotless and had everything we needed including branded toiletries. Bar staff and restaurant staff were lovely, always greeted with a smile and nothing too much trouble. "

"A quick overnight stay before flying to LHR the next day. Good location, close to the train station, clean property and professional staff with a smile. My go to hotel when in Belfast "

"Great hotel, lovely rooms and comfy bed. Stayed for 2 nights visiting family. Used the car park which is underground but has loads of space as it’s used by the museum visitors. Staff really good, plenty of them working in bar, restaurant etc. Didn’t have breakfast so can’t comment. Couldn’t fault this hotel, it’s quirky, full of character. "
