It is my first time to stay there for two nights.
Firstly, It is very difficult to find, the taxi driver couldn’t find the hotel until I my bill reaches to 350 baht. I choose to this in this hotel because it’s near from Don Mueang Airport but the problem was the address from the site was wrong that’s why difficult to find.
Secondly, the building itself is new and the room was nice with all the kitchens stuff (oven toaster, plates, ref, pot, etc.) hey even have automatic washing machine for free inside my room but when I asked the reception to teach me how to do it because it was in Thai characters (meaning I cannot read), she didn’t even go to my room and she didn’t teach me. I was also looking for spoon and fork but they didn’t provide inside my room or maybe they forgot.
Thirdly, there’s no free bottle water inside my room.
They have free water but you need to go down to the first floor just to get water (I was at the 7th floor).
Lastly, I asked the reception to grab me a taxi but she put the wrong address of my destination. That’s why I lost.
My suggestion is you need to improve specially if you are reading my comments.
