Nice place to stay if you come from a long jet lag flight. Simple, spartan room. My floor reminded me of the movie “the shining”. Very quiet. Recommend if you want to have a good rest only.

It is an excellent guest house, has a very reasonable price, and is a convenient location-walking distance to the river taxi at Pra-Artit pier. Friendly and accommodating staff, clean. It is a quirky and charming guest house, not a hotel. Come in with an open mind, and you will love it. Walking distance to party alleys at Koa San road but in a quiet neighborhood.

Ok but what is the smell

Good: location maybe 10 min walk to Khaosan road. Some cheap places to eat nearby. Bad: some rooms don’t come with AC. Must pay attention when booking. If not to switch rooms with AC costs 400 baht. Pungent raw sewage smell coming from the bathroom sometimes. Trick is to keep the bathroom fan on at all times. Gate to hotel locks late night have to ring bell.

Don’t stay here. Much Better options

Went with samsensam due to good reviews however I have to say the over all stay was very poor. We messaged ahead to make sure we could check in as we were arriving in the early hours of the morning and were told this would be fine and there was a room for us. When we got there the staff had no idea and the message had not been relayed. We then had to sleep in a dirty room, which hadn’t been prepared and a broken fan which meant the room was sweltering. We were told we could move in the morning to a clean room. When ask to move in the morning we were told we could not so until 2pm even though the room was already available. When we got to the room, again the fan did not work properly and could not sleep due to the heat of the room. The staff are very abrasive and rude and don’t let you finish sentences. They also advertise they have washing machines and dryers which are broken. Also said they had computers available but were told they were broken, even though we could see Thai people using them. The hotel looks nice on the outside, but is a mask for something that is falling apart with very bad facilities.

Wonderful hotel, especially the suite. Great room, lots of space, very comfortable bed, and windows all around are a huge bonus. Breakfast was good for what I needed (just a simple bite and coffee). Service was very kind and late-night check-in was simple and easy.

Ayant réservé 2 suites pour moi et mes parents, nous nous attendions à un service de qualité, et bien non, bien au contraire !!! Ce petit hôtel tenu par une propriétaire visiblement fortunée est jonché de petits panneaux pour que les clients suivent à la lettre les ordres de la patronne. Il est strictement interdit de laisser la climatisation dans les chambres quand vous quittez celle-ci pour la journée, sous peine de subir les foudres de la propriétaire des lieux, idem si vous régler la température en dessous de 22 degrés la nuit !! inadmissible !! Sachez que si vous coupez la climatisation la journée, il fera 40 degrés dans votre chambre, et des heures seront nécessaires pour refroidir cette dernière. Étant donné que l’on a refusé de couper la climatisation 2 jours sur 3, par vengeance, la patronne a refusé d’effectuer le service de chambre propre à tout hôtel qui se respecte, alors qu’elle avait des doubles de clé pour accéder aux chambres, même si elle affirmait le contraire. Faut, archi-faux car un soir, l’employé de réception m’a fourni une 2ème clé de chambre. Donc en plus d’être désagréable tout le séjour, et nous faisant bien sentir qu’ici le client n’est pas roi, le petit-déjeuner inclus se résume à 3 pauvres morceaux de fruits, et une tasse de café, sur une tablette de la taille d’un avion.. Bref, passez votre chemin, car ce piège à touristes ne mérite pas d’être qualifié d’hôtel, en tant qu’hôtelier, le ou la propriétaire doit respecter ses clients.

Très décevant

Nous avions réservé une chambre avec ventilateur. Notre chambre était située au 4ème étage sans ascenseur, il y faisait une chaleur intense même avec le ventilateur. La salle de bain était minuscule. Pas de drap du dessus sur le lit. Aucune décoration, la chambre était d'une tristesse ! Le personnel ne parlait pas Anglais et l'une des personnes à l'accueil n'était pas très souriante ! Pas de bouilloire pour faire un thé ou un café. Je ne conseillerai pas cette guesthouse.

タイとベトナムを巡る11日間の旅、2箇所目に泊まったのがこちらでした。 バンコクの中心部（その前はナーナーに泊まった）とはまた雰囲気も一転。街は日本で言うちょっとした田舎という様相。 フロントの女性の人柄がとてもよく、趣のあるホテルの雰囲気と共にいい味が出ていました。至る所にあるかわいらしい飾りが、人の手によって管理されているホテル、を手応えとして感じられます。 宿泊者はバックパッカーが多かったです。 朝食はシンプルなイングリッシュ式。 洗濯機と洗濯洗剤、物干しを有料で利用させていただきました。 物干しは多分一部屋につき一台。すでに干されている（日当たりよい）台に間借りしようとしたら違う場所へ促されました。 ベッドは大きく、部屋全体に温もりを感じられます。泊まった部屋の窓は小さかったですが、採光にさほど問題はなく、エアコンもあるので通気も大丈夫です。 トイレとシャワーに仕切りはありません。 ナーナー付近と比べるとアクセスに若干の不便さはありますが、ノスタルジックな雰囲気とのんびりムードがお好みの方にはオススメです。

L'hôtel est bien situé dans le centre-ville sans pour autant être bruyant (situé sur une rue tranquille à quelques minutes de marche de Khao San Road). Le personnel est accueillant, les lieux sont propres et le prix demandé est raisonnable. Rien à redire!

Nous avions réservé pour 3 personnes, mais mon fils a eu un matelas par terre pour dormir. De plus, ce matelas était inconfortable, nous l'avons dit le 1er jour et le 3e jour, mais aucun changement n'a été fait. Nous avions réservé avec le petit déjeuner et il a fallu insister pour avoir cette prestation, car cela n'était pas clair sur la réservation. On nous a finalement donné le petit déjeuner le moins cher. On ne sent pas la générosité ni la chaleur humaine dans cette guesthouse, par contre elle est bien placée, propre et avec du cachet.
