I loved everything about my stay at Lancaster Bangkok. The staff were excellent, incredibly professional, welcoming, and always helpful. The room was huge, which I absolutely loved, and everything throughout the hotel was clean, well maintained, and beautifully kept. This has easily been my best stay in Bangkok so far. I had a fantastic experience and will definitely be staying here again on my next visit. Highly recommended!

Our stay at Lancaster was absolutely wonderful - truly the best service I’ve ever received at a hotel. We were greeted after a long day of travel with cold, delicious drinks and brought to our family room which had been decorated with balloons and activities for our children. It was such a thoughtful touch! The pool area was great for our kids and we spent a lot of time there. At one point one of my kids split his chin playing - the staff jumped into action and immediately began first aid, even calling the hotel nurse who applied steri strips. When we returned to our room, there was a get well card and piece of cake waiting for my son. I was blown away by their kindness. On top of the amazing staff and facilities, the room service and breakfast were absolutely delicious. We will be recommending Lancaster to everyone we know that visits Bangkok.
