"Staff weren’t the most friendly. My friend (diabetic) had an iced tea (nestea) at the hot tub for a sugar low, and the staff yelled at us as they accused us of having alcohol there. Not impressed. Also, they did not allow us to take the tunnel to the Fox anymore. It is still advertised you can use this. The chemicals and stuffiness of the hot tub at this location was burning our eyes, skin, and making us cough so we were hoping to go next door. We’ve stayed here at least 10x and this time wasn’t good. Won’t be back. "

"Nice boutique hotel with everything you need and outstanding service and attention. The breakfast was just right and the facility is warm and comforting and well taken care of. The location is a very short walk to everything in the area. Easy to find the location and ample parking below. Skiing is a short drive away and very convenient. The front desk staff were friendly and accommodating. We had a wonderful stay here and would definitely come back again. Thank you Jack and Brewster Mountian Lodge. Oh yes, the homemade treats in the lobby are a nice homey touch!"

"Staff was very friendly and helpful. Lobby and rooms were extremely clean. Convenient and affordable, enclosed parking. Although there were not noteworthy dining options within the property, there were many nice restaurants within walking distance."

"Nice renovations to the rooms and spa area. I suspect the rest of the hotel will look great. Our room was less than ideal, poor location (room on the mail floor, zero view, very hot - could not cool it down). Guess you get what you pay for. Will try a different hotel next stay. "
