"As soon as I got out of my vehicle I was greeted by a nice gentleman who asked if I needed help with my luggage. Then at check in I was greeted by a very friendly lady. My interactions with all staff were very good, from the reception to the waitresses and bartenders. The view from my room was amazing. I used the bus service to go into town. Check out was smooth. I will definitely go back in the future. "

"Great location in the heart of Banff, affordable price. Only have a minor complaint and it’s the tv. Really needs to be updated with a smart tv, we’re in the 21st century. It would be nice to come back to the room after a long day of exploring or skiing or even going out for a few drinks and getting back to the room where you can watch decent shows or movies. Even if that means logging in to your personal Netflix account. The fact that there’s the same 2 movies and highlights of old sports games is mind blowing. But maybe that’s the policy so people are out and spending money, but not everyone wants to go out and drink all night nor have the privilege to do so. Another minor inconvenience was the hotel restaurant was closed the two nights we were there due to some maintenance, what are the chances right.? But regardless there were lots of places to choose from close by. Still a very nice place to stay at whether it’s a couple, family, or a few friends."
