The breakfast room was a wreck, they were so disorganised, no cutlery on our table, no cups at the coffee machine, they had run out of stuff and no staff as they were all running around. "We had booked to stay here for two nights, the night before we were due to arrive they cancelled the second night on us due to an administrative error. We asked to check in early due to inconvenience which they agreed to, when we turned up the room was not ready, due to some 'crazy' previous guests. When we finally got into room the whole apartment stank of smoke, which was down to the previous guests acciding to Sandra the housekeeper. Also the appartment was very cold. "Location was close to the beach but in a run down area. The rooms were modern but very small. Breakfast was disappointing."

"Liked our room and our breakfast buffet very much. Would have given this stay a Five Star if the shower temperature did not fluctuate between hot and cold on it own. Also if our view of the ocean was not obstructed by permanent shades that cover the front of the hotel building."
