"Regarding the facilities, there is room for improvement in the plumbing. The shower water pressure was weak, and I was troubled by a constant dripping sound from the drain throughout the night. Additionally, I occasionally noticed the smell of cannabis while sitting on the balcony; I'm not sure which room it was coming from, but it was a bit . However, I cannot thank the Duty Manager at the front desk, enough for her exceptional support. During this trip, I encountered two serious issues with my airline: my suitcase was damaged on the flight to Krabi, and the return flight was abruptly rescheduled due to airline convenience. Mrs. Oom provided invaluable assistance in resolving these difficult situations. Her dedication and professionalism truly saved my trip, and I am deeply grateful for her help."

"朝食はとても美味しかったが、種類はそれほど多くなかった。特にカレーは外のレストランより美味しかった。しかし、4泊したがスープは2種類しかなく、トムヤンクンスープが欲しかった。マンゴージュースも欲しかった。"
